Description
Investment group Boxcar Development LLC, led by Indiana Pacers and Indiana Fever owner Herb Simon, proposed to redevelop the site on Pennsylvania Street, right across from Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
According to the development group, investment for the project is expected to reach around $300 million.
The plan includes a 4,000-person capacity music venue for Live Nation.
