Election Day 2024 is nearly here with control of the White House and the narrowly divided Senate and House hanging in the balance. While early voting is a major factor in some states, tens of millions will head to the polls across the country in-person on Tuesday, Nov. 5. Chances are some election winners will be declared just as the polls close in certain states. But it may be a while before we know who won some of the most competitive and hotly contested races. Remember, as long as you're in line by the time polls close on Election Day, you can still cast your ballot.
