The defending Bands of America Grand National Champions are once again on top in the world of the marching arts.
The Avon Marching Black and Gold narrowly beat Carmel on Saturday, Oct. 19 at the Bands of America Indianapolis Super Regionals at Lucas Oil Stadium.
Avon scored a 92.200 rating, beating the Marching Greyhounds by 0.2. Avon also won Outstanding General Effect and Outstanding Visual Performance, while Carmel took home the Outstanding Music Performance award.
