Description
IMPD is investigating after a woman was killed in a shooting outside a hotel on Indianapolis' southwest side Wednesday night.
The shooting was reported around 9 p.m. Oct. 16 in the 2600 block of South Lynhurst Drive, near Sam Jones Expressway.
A department spokesperson said officers responding to a report of a person shot found a woman with a gunshot wound(s) in the parking lot of the hotel. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
On Oct. 17, the Marion County Coroner's Office identified the victim as 23-year-old Chasidy Hahn and ruled her death a homicide.
