More than 400,000 homes are still without power, which is drastically lower than the 3 million without power when the hurricane came through. On Sunday, President Joe Biden toured the damage in St. Petersburg. He promised more than $600,000 to restore and upgrade the grid after Hurricanes Helene and Milton hammered the region.
