Ben Crump and the family of Rhyker Earl react to body camera video of Earl's death in Demotte, Indiana. His family called 911 after he had a seizure. Police put Earl in handcuffs and medics administered at least 7 shots of medication before Earl stopped breathing. He died in a hospital two days alter.
