Description
An IMPD officer, who is already facing multiple counts of child sex crimes, is now facing an additional charge in Hendricks County.
Kamal Bola, 35, of Avon, is accused of violating a court order and is facing a charge of invasion of privacy.
Prosecutors filed the additional charge against Bola on Sept. 24. The prosecutors were then granted a warrant to arrest Bola for violating his pretrial release, with no bond set.
Bola is currently being held without bond in the Hendricks County Jail.
On Sept. 5, prosecutors filed the following formal charges against Bola:
- Three counts of child molesting
- Two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor
- One count of voyeurism
- One count of obstruction of justice
