Description
Indianapolis-based Eli Lilly and Company announced nearly $2 billion in manufacturing investments in Ireland on Thursday.
The pharmaceutical company said $1 billion of that investment will come in the form of expansion of its Limerick, Ireland, manufacturing site to "increase production of biologic active ingredients, including those for its recently approved treatment for early Alzheimer's disease."
