New court documents reveal how a woman who was lost in Bloomington was allegedly assaulted by a now-fired Monroe County sheriff's deputy. The Monroe County prosecutor charged former Deputy Jeffery Freeman with sexual battery, strangulation, official misconduct and obstruction of justice. Police are asking anyone else who may have had run-ins with Freeman to speak with detectives.
