The Circle City Classic is returning to Lucas Oil Stadium for its 40th year. This is the annual football game between two HBCU schools. This year, the game will feature a matchup between North Carolina Central University and Norfolk State University on Saturday, Sept. 28 at 3 p.m. There will be a variety of events that lead up to the game, including the Circle City Classic coronation to the education day party, to the talent day career fair, to the Greek stroll competition.
