Description
Ingris Marleni-Hernandez is facing charges for neglect of a dependent resulting in death and aggravated battery.
After changing her story several times, detectives said Marleni-Hernandez admitted she had shaken her 9-month-old baby forcefully for several minutes until the baby stopped crying.
