Description
Deputies said 45-year-old Lisa Ely went off the road and hit a tree Oct. 28, 2023. A 7-year-old girl and 9-year-old boy were also injured in the crash.
An investigation determined Ely was driving above the speed limit at the time of the crash, and her blood alcohol level was above the legal limit.
