Volunteers and trained rescuers from Louisiana have already arrived in Texas to help victims of this past week’s historic flooding. More are on the way, while others promise to be available during the aftermath of the disaster. Governor Landry said 14 rescuers, many of them from the Louisiana State Fire Marshal’s Office, have already been deployed to Texas.
