Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill is set to announce legal action against CVS at 2 p.m. today, joined by Gov. Jeff Landry at the Louisiana State Capitol.
The legal action involves:
-Text messages sent to Louisiana residents
-Alleged PBM abuse
-Alleged harm to Louisiana’s independent pharmacies
