For the 8th time in school history, the LSU Tigers are College Baseball’s National Champions. LSU got timely hitting from multiple players and terrific pitching from Anthony Eyanson to beat Coastal Carolina 5 – 3 Sunday afternoon in Omaha. The Tigers win the best -of- three championship series 2 – 0 and ran through the College World Series unbeaten at 5 – 0.
