However, some rich tropical moisture in the extreme southern Gulf of Mexico will need to be monitored later next week for possible development. The chance is very low, and all of the tropical moisture looks to move westward into eastern Mexico and south Texas. An area of high pressure over the Gulf South will direct this moisture westward, and it will keep it all well to the south of Southeast LA and South MS.
