Police are investigating after a shooting in downtown Indianapolis early Sunday morning. According to IMPD, just before 3 a.m. July 13, officers responded to a report of shots fired in the area of East Market and North Delaware streets. When officers arrived, they found a woman shot. Police said the woman was taken to a local hospital in stable condition. A short time later, police said they found another woman at the scene with a graze wound.
