An Indianapolis man has died and his wife was injured from a falling tree limb Friday evening in South Bend. According to a release from the South Bend Police Department, around 8 p.m. on July 11, officers were called to the 600 block of West Washington Street in downtown South Bend after a report that a large tree limb had fallen and injured two pedestrians.
