Description
The man accused of killing a fellow soldier at a Missouri Army base will face a court-martial for the crime.
SPC Wooster Rancy is charged with murder and obstructing justice in violation of Articles 118 and 131b of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, KYTV-TV reported Thursday. Rancy is accused of killing Sgt. Sarah Roque, a native of Ligonier, Indiana, in October 2024. Roque's body was reportedly found in a dumpster on base.
