A missing man turned murder case from over 30 years ago in Hamilton County is finally headed to trial. But the man charged says he only helped dispose of the body.
A pretrial conference for Thomas Anderson Jr. on Wednesday revealed that the prosecutor earlier took this investigation to a grand jury that apparently did not return an indictment.
