The Indianapolis Chin community is growing, with more than 32,000 people. Many of those families have children who attend schools on the south side, according to Indiana University's Hamilton Lugar School. In a workshop Tuesday, July 8 at the West Perry Library, the Indiana University Chin Language Research Project gave teachers the opportunity to learn how they can more effectively support their students with a Chin background.
