Description
Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett is talking for the first time about some proposed changes suggested by the City-County Council regarding the city’s curfew for kids.
Hogsett said the city is trying to use stricter curfew hours as a way to maintain stability downtown.
This past weekend, though, stability was hard to find following a deadly mass shooting that left two teens dead, five others injured, all of them young people age 21 and under.
