Description
IMPD is investigating after a woman was hit and killed by a driver on Indy's near southwest side Tuesday morning.
The Marion County Coroner's Office identified the victim Tuesday as 42-year-old Pamela Jean Shumaker.
Just after 3 a.m. July 8, officers responded to the 2900 block of Kentucky Avenue, near South Tibbs Avenue, on a report of a crash.
