Description
The Marion County Prosecutor's Office has filed charges against four people between the ages of 13 and 17 years old after the deadly mass shooting in downtown Indianapolis over the Fourth of July holiday weekend.
Prosecutor Ryan Mears announced charges have been filed against the following people:
* 13-year-old male — accused of theft of a firearm, possession of marijuana and dangerous possession of a firearm
* 15-year-old male — accused of dangerous possession of a firearm, possession of marijuana and resisting law enforcement
* 16-year-old male — accused of dangerous possession of a firearm
* Vincent Lanking, 17, of Indianapolis — charged with dangerous possession of a firearm, resisting law enforcement and obstruction of justice
