Description
Hours after a mass shooting in downtown Indianapolis left multiple people shot and two teens dead, Kareem Hines joined the mayor, police, and other city leaders to issue an emotional plea to parents: please take responsibility for your children.
"You have to take responsibility ... as a mom, as a dad, a man, a woman, a grandma, an aunt a cousin or uncle. I think we know what's going on in our homes, we know what is going on in our neighborhoods," said Hines, who founded New B.O.Y. Mentoring & Youth Development in 2005. "B.O.Y." stands for New Breed of Youth.
