Description
IMPD is investigating after one person was shot and another had a graze wound at a northeast Indy apartment complex early Thursday morning.
Just before 4 a.m. July 3, officers responded to a report of the person shot in the 4100 block of Meadows Lane, near 38th Street and North Keystone Avenue.
