A day before America celebrates its birthday, President Donald Trump and Republicans are celebrating the House passing the president's $4.5 trillion tax and spending cuts legislation.
The final vote came Thursday afternoon and was mostly along party lines.
The sweeping bill is now headed to the president's desk, ahead of his self-imposed Independence Day deadline.
