Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett on Wednesday announced the appointment of the next director of Indianapolis Animal Care Services.
Amanda Dehoney-Hinkle's appointment is effective July 21, the mayor's office said.
Dehoney-Hinkle has served for the past nine years as the superintendent for Greenfield-Hancock Animal Management.
