Tuesday marked the official start of the Economic Enhancement District downtown launched by Downtown Indy, Inc.
The dedicated year-round funding is aimed at improving the heart of our city.
But how do people feel about downtown?
For the second year, Downtown Indy, Inc. is launching a perception survey in connection with the EED. The organization also shared results of the last survey, which it is using to focus future resources.
