Five people with Indianapolis ties are facing felony charges after Chicago police say they were allegedly trafficking firearms between the two cities. According to a release from the Chicago Police Department, during an investigation by the Crime Gun Intelligence Center of Chicago, a gunrunning ring was discovered involving firearms and machine gun conversion devices being trafficked between Indianapolis and Chicago.
