A Plainfield man who went to prison as a teen for causing a deadly drunk driving crash is back in jail in Hamilton County on new OWI charges.
Timothy Hughes faced even more drunk driving charges in Henry County Thursday. Hughes is charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated twice in the past two months in two different counties.
