A plea agreement has been reinstated for an Avon chiropractor who sexually assaulted some of his patients. On May 29, a Hendricks County judge rejected a plea deal for Roc Byrd after Byrd had previously signed the plea agreement on April 24, pleading guilty to four counts of sexual battery. That deal said "no executed jail sentence shall be imposed."
