Description
Two teens and a 7-year-old boy walked away uninjured after the car they were in went off the road, crashed through one house and struck another on Indianapolis' far east side Tuesday afternoon.
The incident was reported around 3:15 p.m. June 24 in the 10900 block of Cedar Pine Drive, off North German Church Road just south of 38th Street.
The younger of the teens, a 13-year-old girl, told firefighters they had just come from a nearby gas station after airing up a tire, and her 16-year-old sister was "driving fast" southbound on German Church Road when the car didn't slow when she hit the brakes. The 13-year-old said her sister turned into the neighborhood to slow down and then hit the houses.
