Two men who own bars in Broad Ripple are facing charges for allegedly underreporting the sales at their businesses and not paying taxes.
John Yaggi owns Connor's Pub, and Robert Sabatini owns Rock Lobster, Mineshaft Saloon and Average Joe's.
