Description
IMPD officers arrested a 16-year-old after a shooting early Monday morning that injured three people near Monument Circle.
According to IMPD, just before 2 a.m. June 23, officers responded to a report of a person shot at the intersection of South Meridian and West Washington streets, just south of Monument Circle.
