This week on Send the Love, we're putting the spotlight on Building a Refuge. Erik and Brandon started the small nonprofit to share hope and encouragement with men because they don't want men to face battles alone. Erik felt hopeless and attempted suicide, but he found hope in community. Brandon faced his own mental health battle after his brother took his own life.
