The former vice president of the Shelbyville School Board has been charged with sex crimes against children by federal prosecutors. David Finkel is being held by the U.S. Marshals on charges of sexual exploitation of a minor and possession of child pornography. According to court documents, Finkel allegedly pretended to be a 27-year-old woman to chat with underage teens online, and he also allegedly had child pornography on his personal electronic devices.
