Description
The Indianapolis Colts announced Friday the next inductee in its Ring of Honor: late owner Jim Irsay.
The team made the announcement on what would have been Irsay's 66th birthday. Irsay, who died May 21, will be the 20th honoree in the Ring of Honor, which includes names such as Jim Harbaugh, Tony Dungy, Peyton Manning, Reggie Wayne and Robert Mathis.
Irsay will officially be inducted at Lucas Oil Stadium during the team's Sept. 7 home opener vs. the Miami Dolphins in Week 1.
