It's a done deal for redevelopment of 61 acres of greenspace in Perry Township after the Indianapolis City-County Council adopted a proposal Monday. The space, deemed an environmentally sensitive area, is surrounded by four subdivisions near Sherman Drive, Southport Road and Stop 11 Road.
