A woman who was removed from Monday's City-County Council meeting is speaking about the incident and sharing text messages she said Mayor Joe Hogsett sent her personally. Lauren Roberts has accused Hogsett's former chief of staff and campaign manager, Thomas Cook, of sexual harassment.
