Barry Morphew is expected to appear in a Colorado courthouse on Tuesday for the first time since being charged in the death of his wife, Suzanne Morphew, for a second time. According to the 12th Judicial District Attorney's Office, Morphew has been extradited to Colorado from Arizona and is in custody at the Alamosa County jail.
