Ten people were struck or harassed by a man wielding a large chain, resulting in at least one of those people being hospitalized with serious injuries. Boulder Police initially said the attacks began at 11 a.m. Thursday but later learned that two additional attacks that occurred during the early morning hours were likely connected to the same person.
