A person found dead near Watson Lake Sunday morning is believed to be a Fort Collins man who went missing last week, the Larimer County Sheriff's Office said. On Tuesday around 5 p.m., Fort Collins 911 received a report that Larry Baker, 80, was missing. According to a media release, Baker left his Fort Collins home on Monday around 7:30 a.m. and had not returned, prompting concerns for his well-being.
