Description
Loveland Pass is back open after a landslide buried about 100 feet of the roadway in debris that was 20 feet deep, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.
CDOT said seven tandem dump trucks continually hauled 92 tons of mud and silt off the road before it could be cleared for use by motorists. While the road is open, CDOT said motorists may still see crews performing cleanup from the shoulder.
