Pasco County deputies shot and killed a 25-year-old man who fired four rounds at them Tuesday night, according to the sheriff's office. It happened around 8:25 p.m. at a home on Rose Avenue in Dade City. At a news conference just after midnight, Pasco County Colonel Tait Sanborn said deputies first tried to make contact with Cristian Javier Estrada Perez on June 4 to serve him a court order for a mental health evaluation on behalf of his family.
