A 29-year-old man is facing two counts of attempted murder after deputies say he injured someone by firing gunshots at a Tampa apartment complex before barricading himself from law enforcement. The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office says at around 10 a.m. Wednesday, a maintenance worker at the Viridian Apartments found Andrew Tsinkelis stabbing the ground of the parking lot outside of his car.
