Family and friends gathered to remember a teenager who was killed in an Indianapolis shooting. The shooting happened around 4 a.m. Saturday, July 12 in the 5100 block of West 38th Street, west of Lafayette Road. Officers responding for an initial shots fired report found 12-year-old Izzy Offett and 24-year-old Wayland Coe inside a car with gunshot wounds. Both were taken in critical condition to local hospitals, where they were pronounced dead.
