Description
Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita is rolling out a new version of the state's Parents' Bill of Rights as more parents get involved in their child's education.
The Parents' Bill of Rights is a guidebook summarizing parents rights under existing state and federal law. It covers everything from reviewing curriculum and attending school board meetings to exercising religious freedoms in schools and includes updates on recent laws, like limiting gender transition procedures for minors and giving parents more say over school library content.
