Description
The Noblesville Fire Department is asking residents in parts of the downtown area to shelter in place due to an explosion. That shelter in place was lifted shortly after 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 7.
Indiana American Water says it had to shut down its Wayne Street treatment plant around 1:15 p.m. after a chemical feed explosion.
