IMPD is investigating after a bicyclist died following a hit-and-run crash on Indianapolis' near northwest side Wednesday morning. The crash was reported shortly before 6 a.m. Aug. 6 in the 1700 block of North Tibbs Avenue, just north of West 16th Street.
